在中国地区使用 wsl --install 安装 WSL 发行版 时，速度非常缓慢。

解决方法

经过查询 WSL所在仓库为 https://github.com/microsoft/WSL ，只需要下载其中的msi文件安装即可 下载地址：https://github.com/microsoft/WSL/releases
